Accounts Executive (based in Petaling Jaya)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for preparation of full set of accounts including monthly reconciliations, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger and management reports.
- Ensure accuracy and timely processing of accounts payable and receivable transactions.
- Preparation and updating cash flow daily as well as performing bank reconciliation.
- Assist in the day-to-day operations and activities in the accounts department.
- Responsible for any other ad-hoc reports & functions as and when assigned by management.
- Liaise with external parties such as auditors, tax agents, bankers and others.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess Advanced/Higher Diploma in Accounting, LCCI Higher or Part Professional qualification.
- At least 2 years of related working experience.
- Preferably with experience in property development /construction /building industry.
- Positive and Pro-active attitude.
- High degree of integrity, maturity and pleasant personality.
- An independent and dynamic individual with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of IFCA/ACCWIN accounting software is an advantage.
